They are both deep groove ball bearings, be careful using bearings which have a rubber dust shield. Some of these dust seals are usually tighter to rotate than a metal cage shield. This could put more load on the drive and create issues. Personally I would use the SKF bearing as the skate board bearings are modified for a specific use. This is of course just an opinion, I do not think there is a perfect yes or no answer for this question.
