Thanks for the comments. I did this morning some small updates of the report:

But it will come more information. I think the task for the observatory was very different to what they did at the end 2007. The latest must be the Exoplant study Eric told me about. In the beginning ? Maybe because Nils Tamm was very interested in variable stars, this wide field telescope was very suited for this task, maybe that was one part in the begining of what it was used for.
I make a notice here when I found something new.
