Thanks Martin...I am sure it will help and also others.... and I am looking forward to going thru it all...
Last night for the first time in years I slept 5.5 hours straight then had a cuppa and slept another four straight..usually two hours is as much as I have before I wake up.then two more..max six all up.....and honestly I feel just so positive and happy ... I had fantastic fish on Turkish bread for breakfast and heaps of ham and salad ( flash pickled stuff that I prepared yesterday) for lunch and another nap so I am back as good as new...even my feet are not bothering me..there are but they are not jf you see what I mean.
And...ordinarily I would not have let that image get to me because as I have said it really is not about the result it is about just doing it...heck I should have just turned it mono and coloured it in and stopped carrying on like a pork chop.
BOM says clouds but it is clear...and the reality is that 80mm has a serious back focus issue..that what I should be concerned with....or my latest medical issues
...good news get to go to Gold Coast Hospital...life is just so fantastic.
AND sorry to all for being a pork chop ...no excuses ...all my fault.
