I have read all you have said and I still have no answer..I never touch a stacked image in DSS, I load as required in compose....it is very simple...after processing in StarTools of course.
StarTools does say in the colour tool..you need to wipe..well I have ????
But there must be something simple I have "kicked" as recently my first M42 was as good as I could wish for...the second via the 80mm narrow band was green green green and it just was imposibblecto get rid of it....
I will go thru from DSS to StarTools again to make sure... I did one compose with no green or HA ..STILL GREEN AS????
It seems to be the new version that I am having problems with...
I think I will change to Pixinsite..twice I have applied to go on the StarTools forum and the first time ignored apparently and the second time said I would be contacted when approved but nothing...not even the courtesy of why or what happened...seems odd...it's not workng I so I think I will go over to PI....
I spent two hours non stop adjusting the colour one move at a time...altering the graph in minor steps just in case one had to hit a sweet spot.
As I said I was up until 1 am on this one object and tried everything that has worked in the past..the only reason I got this image image was thanks to photo shop really and a lot of time on it today...ran it all again from stacking to Startools checking stuff...
Thanks again...And I am tired wore out etc etc so I need rest I guess..things don't usually annoy me like this..probably not getting accepted on the forum is playing on my mind.

Hmm…..
When you load your DSS stacked RGB files and Ha file into Compose what Luminance Color do you select ? RGB Legacy ?
Also make sure Interpolation is ON
If your on the Startools forum , send a post and I’m sure one of the regulars like Mike , Jochen , Stefan will help
Even Ivo might spot your problem and offer a solution, he’s usually glancing every day
The ST forum has answered many of my problems over the years very timely , a great bunch of people on the forum
Cheers
