Marine Telescope and Military Telescope
Two collectors' items.
Displayed for many years on my wall at home, I've now moved house and no longer have the wall space.
Item 1 is a brass and string bound 2"dia marine telescope made by Ross of London. The binding prevents the scope slipping through your hands when in rough seas. It's in good condition and dates from the late 1800's.
Item 2 is a leather-bound brass 1.5" dia military telescope which probably dates from the early 1900's. No name. Object and ocular lenses are in good order.
I will sell together or separately. Together I'm asking $1500 plus postage.
Separately I'm asking $950 for the Marine 'scope and $750 for the military scope. Buyer to pick up in Cleveland or pay postage and packing at $55.00.
