Velcro elastic strap with built in foam insulation to prevent heat loss.

Suits 8inch SCT, Celestron C8, 7inch Maksutov-Cassegrain & Astrophysics 7inch Refractor. Will fit 8-9.25inch Outside Diameter (200mm-250mm OD).
