Hi Leon,
When I have received that message it has been overwhelmingly due to MS choosing to take over the video card drivers.
I would check under Systems > Display > Advanced option > Display adaptor properties > Properties > Driver Tab - Driver Details - check to see the "Driver Provider" is actually AMD or Nvidia as per your video card.
You may also want to check your video cards website to check your running the latest version of the cards software.

Ps. Also under Display > Advanced display settings, check to see the monitor is set correctly, ie Display1: S24B370 and not a generic PnP.
