Actually, both drives are inside laptop. HDD is in it's own slot (sda), SSD is in place of DVD drive (sdb).
Clonezilla also shows partitions on both drives, that is why I am a bit confused (I will continue tomorrow, now I feel a bit overwhelmed with all this).
