Have had this occur multiple times with other websites & the reason I've known it was a 'cached' response was because I could access the same site from a different computer/device.
In Leon's case, he can access with one computer but, not the other.. this the 404 error in this particular case is highly unlikely to be a genuine, live server response, otherwise he'd have the problem on all his devices.

And how many times do you have to clear the cache for the cache to be cleared? I have been keeping up. Warren suggested it earlier and Leon said he had. It indeed could be something local, many things, but (and it a big but - I cannot lie) at this point given the limitations the most effective thing to do is suffer the help line.
