I had found that two PC's running Windows 10/11 and signed in with the same username will "share" login details across the platforms if it is left to default. If at some stage you had allowed the internet browser to save the username or username & password then it will be available and prefills on the other PC.
To see if this is the case this is generally found with Chrome under Settings>Auto-fill>Password Manager and in Edge under Settings>Profiles>Passwords (screenshots attached).
This *may* account for some of what is happening but YMMV.
