Saying that, I did watch an episode on youtube - TAIC where a respected planetary imager went into detail to never use the same wavelet settings (saved Template) for every time you shot that target. You might use it to start with, but each night or each focus change can result in using different wavelet settings.

We would agree with the planetary imager. The wavelet settings do need to be changed from one time to the next. What worked last time doesn't necessarily go that well next time, but as mentioned, it can provide a starting point.
