Thank you for all your help and suggestions, however here is an interesting situation.
On the Desktop i am using now any browser will not open MyGov, but will open any other site that i wish to look at, hence no joy with MyGov.
However I do have another Desktop in the studio which I don't use very often, so I had a brainwave and fired it up to see if that could do it.
And there ya go it did open My Gov,
so what is going on with the other machine do you think.
But the one in the studio used the old ZZ123123 numbers and password way where as the new machine wants and email and password before it gives me a code and shuts it down.
So maybe do i do a system restore on this new machine, cant hurt i suppose
