Unsolicited advice you should feel free to ignore, but I'd be more tempted to look for a 4th counterweight. You get better stability & therefore guiding the closer the weight is to the rotational axis, so 4 weights higher up the bar ought to serve you better than 3 further down.

Plus, if you're hoping to be all set for next week, it doubles your chances of someone having what you need
