TeleVue Dioptrx
In my efforts to source a different value TV Dioptrx to adjust for my latest prescription, my few remaining grey cells eventually stirred into action.
I contacted one of the local optical suppliers and asked if they could cut a lens to fit my existing Dioptrx that had purely astigmatic correction. No problem i found out . They cut the required 2.00 cylinder lens to fit my existing Dioptrx holder, and now I have a rejuvenated version which works perfectly for me.
And, at a considerable cost saving over a replacement TV Dioptrx.
Others may find benefit in taking this approach.
