Post The James Webb Space Telescope Wavefront Sensing and Control system

In a article today at the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE)
Spectrum Magazine web site, Ned Potter interviews Scott Action on the
development and operation of the James Webb Space Telescope
Wavefront Sensing and Control system which was developed to sense and correct
any errors in the telescope's optics. This is essential to making the 18
mirror segments work together as a single giant mirror.
