I’m listing my ‘Vintage’ Astro-Physics refractor. The lens cell is signed “Roland Christen Dec ‘86”. This is a unique telescope.

The scope is in very good condition and has clear optics free of fungus or other defects.

Included with the sale are:
The original tube rings, Losmandy and Vixen style dovetails.
Rigel Systems Quik Finder
Meade Enhanced Reflectivity (99%) 2 inch diagonal.

A previous owner is reported to have spoken directly with Roland Christen regarding the background of the scope, he indicated that ‘NASA’ glass is likely to have been utilised in the objective. Further information is available on request.

I would prefer pick-up rather than shipping if possible. Selling to fund a significant project.
