Good point, Hogly55. I can see the day when they spot our scopes pointing towards them (forget ever looking at the ISS or shuttles - that will be classed as spying or intelligence gathering ) Then we will get a bill through the internet demanding licence fees depending on our aperture
Seeing as they are the only ones to have put a flag on the Moon, I expect it is only a matter of time before they claim it as the next US State
