Sunspots 25th Aug

25th Aug. A very cloudy day but I managed to take a quick single exposure thru the cloud of the sunspots. Three ARs visible but there are three new groups (n) one of which is quite prominent. North is up. Thanks for viewing.

Prominence - An hour later and I caught a single exposure of the prominence in the south sector of the sun. Sth is roughly up in this image. It was difficult to take this image as the clouds and wind made terrible conditions - but better than nothing. Prom is about 140,000 km high.
