Saturn on 21 August 2022

After missing Saturn at opposition we, like quite a few others, have tried to capture Saturn again but the seeing has been most unfavourable. This is another example of when it would have been better not to have bothered
None the less, having tried as many things as we could to improve the capture, this is the best image we got by using the shortest exposure time we could to try and cut through the atmosphere. There was also quite a strong, gusting wind which didn't help either. We persevered because Titan was in nice and close.
Image taken with a 6" SCT, ASI178MC, 1.8x barlow and ZWO ADC.
