Sky Watcher EQ6 Pro Goto Mount in VGC with a Meade 10" SCT.
Mount is fitted with an upgraded Farpoint wide dovetail puck. Mount also has latest Synscan Version 5 Handset.
OTA is a classic Meade 10" F 6.3. These OTA's are hard to find.
The OTA is in good condition and just been collimated. Has 2" Focuser unit on back for 2" eyepieces and fittings. OTA also has correct dewshield supplied with it, per the photos.
These OTA's are great for visual observing but are perfect for imaging with their low F 6.3 rating. I have only used this setup for visual observing and it tracks great.
The reason why I am selling is simple. I am moving house soon and discharging myself of my gear for a short period until I know where I am living.
More importantly, the wife has agreed (in triplicate) that I can buy a bigger goto mount set up when we are settled as well as ...... a very very big Dobsonian.
That's why I married her!
She's definitley a keeper.
