Sorry I cant give you a link (that is another story) but I find this perhaps the most exciting news out there.

Google Quorum sensing and at least watch a short youtube video to get the idea.

It explains how bacterium communicate ( they assess their numbers before they attack in effect) and when our science figures out how to use this information the need for anti biotics will be gone...my side advice is find out the companies working to bring this into the real world and buy stock and thank me for your billions at some point in the future...imagine shares in a company that replaces anti biotics...

Very interesting information and I now wonder if a similar mechanism exists with virus ..which is reasonable to assume as a possibility for thought through reasons...and many ( probably all) cancers are caused by virus ....well if their approach is similar to bacteria then finding a way to stop their communication ( assuming such exists) would be a sure way to manage all cancers...
