So did some reading.
Seems like my antlia SHO and LRGB are parfocal (was never able to test this myself due to the aforementioned slippage) so no need for filter offsets.
Posted the same questions on CNs and seems that if you do your final AF routine moving the mirror in, you will have fine autofocus routines using the primary autofocus knob (if collimation etc is good). Also, using the new Hocus Focus routine in NINA helps find stars and fit curves to the autofocus routine.
