Sunspots through a 230mm Lunt - AR3051
Hey gang. Long time no post.
Recently, I've acquired a second part-time casual position at the Charleville Cosmos Centre. One of the perks of working there, I get to play around with a 230mm single stack Lunt. Coupled with my asi1600mm, it produces a very nice close up view of the sun.
I'm still learning the basics of solar imaging so it's not the best image but the detail that the scope gives is quite spectacular.
Stack of 30seconds worth of frames. I cannot remember what the exposure was aha.
