Lucky in as much as even seeing the sun, albeit very briefly. Needless to say the gap in the clouds was very small and we didn't get any time to tune or tilt the camera resulting in some banding on the bottom of the disk. We were just happy to be able to catch a glimpse of that giant filament (now prom) on the western limb.
