Talking Helix - over-processed but I'm happy.

This is Ha+LRGB image of NGC 7293, the Helix Nebula.

While it is a bit over-processed, the stars are terrible, I'm happy with it compared to an earlier effort I had made at it with a OSC. On that occasion I just couldn't bring the nebula out at all - just a field packed with stars & a blurry fuzz in the centre.

102mm ED with x0.8 reducer.
ASI294MM Pro
L = 112 min
R = 47 min
G = 60 min
B = 57 min
Ha = 300 min

I thought initially the Ha would be total overkill but was surprised when my red had almost no data, so was glad to have the Ha to fill it out.

Cheers,
Mark
