glad you enjoyed Steve - I was happy to find this lot.
I think that we leased the Phantoms while waiting for the F111s. Yes, the V bombers were deadly serious machines and impressive to see in flight. I think that particular Vulcan would still have been an operational Strategic bomber, but the Victors would have been the tankers that got everything out here.
