Came with a telescope setup I acquired recently, but surplus to my needs.

Not much to say about it - it's a filter wheel, it's manual, it takes 1.25" threaded filters. You might be able to use unmounted 31mm like you can in the ZWO ones, I'm not sure.

Has a chip out of the casing, makes me think it may have been dropped, doesn't affect it's use.

$50 seems fair - can pack and post if desired, add $10 for post and packing, otherwise pickup from Eltham North VIC (I head into the city roughly once a week so could do hand over there if that suited you - usually on a Wednesday).
