Martin, this thread was very interesting indeed. I’m pleased you sorted this. I am slightly undercorrected with my spacing and have ordered some 0.5 mm spacers. What confuses me though is that some nights my spacing is almost perfect and other nights it’s quite undercorrected, even when focus is excellent. I wonder if any phenomenon might influence the optimal spacing - such as outside temperature (thermal expansion), humidity, refraction, seeing, or something else.
