TS optics from Eu can be pretty price competitive.
Less 15% vat +10% GST and around 75euro on postage. TS Optics Apochromatic refractor AP 115/800 ED Triplet Photoline OTA came in at around half your budget.
Its a lot faster than the 6.5/7's you've listed, but if you have a SCT and really want AP, going faster may not be a bad idea.
