It is the standard capstan wheel FSQ-106ED model with the addition of a Takahashi 92mm/58mm prime focus adaptor and camera angle adjuster (CAA).

FSQ-106: double Fluorite, fixed dewshield
FSQ-106N: same optics as FSQ-106, double Fluorite, sliding dewshield (in japan AKA FSQ-106kai)
FSQ-106ED: improved design, double ED, camera rotation by CW
FSQ-106EDX: same optics as 106ED, camera rotation by CW and CAA.
FSQ-106EDX2: same optics as 106ED, fixed CW, camera rotation by CAA
FSQ-106EDX3: same optics as 106ED, removed CW, camera rotation by CAA
FSQ-106EDX4: same optics as 106ED, removed CW, camera rotation by CAA, bigger ID couplers in order to accommodate 645RD
FSQ-106EDP: latest iteration, appears to be the same as the EDX4 version, painted in the new blue colour.
