And yes they are located to the right of the SMC about 1 degree

A lot of folk prefer other planetariums for locating objects and navigation for their mounts, that’s fine there’s lots of great Apps out there , but I’m a big EQMOD and Stellarium fan , have been for 5 years
I use it to plan a nights observing with my 12” Goto dob plus tracking and Goto for my imaging
