I see a couple of problems that need to be addressed Sushen.
First that is tilt and pinched optics(triangle shape stars)....maybe secondary? but check that the main mirror isn't clamped too tight as well.
If the main mirror is not pinching It's probably the secondary and will need to be removed from holder and re silicon (research this problem online)It's not that hard to do.
Also I'm not convinced that the collimation is that good or maybe focus is not quite tight either.....how fast is your newt? the faster the more critical collimation is.
What I am convinced about is that It's not a tracking problem and until you address those issues I mentioned first I doubt you'll see an improvement in star shapes.
