Well this is mad. In 2008 I bought this Canon 50 D brand new in the UK, took one daytime picture to confirm the camera worked and immediately sent it to Baader in Germany to be Astro-modded.

I used the camera here very successfully for several years before acquiring a QHY 12. Recently, out of the blue the person I sold it to advertised it and although I have a Canon Ra I got caught up in nostalgia and decided to re-acquire it. Even at the time I knew it was an odd decision.

Now I’m in a more rational state of mind I realise this would be better put to use by someone who wAnts to use it.

It comes with battery, charger and a 12V power cable. This camera is capable of extremely good results even today.
