I can thoroughly recommend the PST Mod, there is plenty of info on the WWW and Ken Harrison, Merlin66 on here, is very knowledgeable on all things solar and was very helpful when I did mine, this is a good starting read, -

Be aware that if you go for the Baader ERF, they are expensive pieces of glass but there is an alternative if using a smaller apertures, in the form of an 35mm Ha filter mounted in front of the focuser. Obtaining a PST to mod may be difficult, depends on your budget I suppose.

Hopefully others that have done the "Mod" will add their knowledge and experiences, it is still the cheapest option for increasing the aperture and therefore resolution for Solar Ha viewing.
