Explore Scientific ED102 Triplet Refractor Pack

Purchased this brand new from the US 3 years ago, this has been an epic scope for Astrophotography. My first proper refractor and have enjoyed it very much.

I also have an Altair Lightwave 0.8x Reducer/Flat to complement it with my cooled cameras. I have used an ASI178MM and ASI1600MM with the scope over the years.

Pack includes:

- OTA
- Tube rings
- Dovetail with handle
- Standard vixen dovetail
- 2" Dielectric Diagonal
- 2x extension tubes for the focuser
- ES finder shoe with extra plastic screw
- Black plastic cover for the OTA (ES branded)

Extras
- Dew band suitable for the OTA
- Altair Lightwave 0.8x Reducer/Flat
- ZWO 60mm Guidescope (there are 3 screws to hold the tube in place, one is broken in half the other is bent but it still works fine).
- I have a spare focuser assembly which I will throw in, the same one that is used on the scope.
- I retro-fitted a vixen finderscope adapter in place for the ES finder shoe so I could attach my vixen style finderscope. I will include the original ES finder shoe with the pack and an extra screw.

Notes
- There are light scratches on the inside of the dew shield. This is due to removing and placing the scope cover on and off over the years. It's a tight squeeze as I got big hands so over time it has left marks on the dew shield (does not affect use!)
- Glass is in perfect condition, just a bit of dust on it which is expected
- I have a few velcro strips on the tube itself where I attached my hardware. These can be removed, does not affect use.
- I have had an EAF attached to this it's entire life, I have removed it and put the original focus knob back on. Please note, the grub screw in the knob feels a bit warn and I can't get it really tight on the focuser shaft. I don't have any spare grub screws I can replace it with. The knob attaches fine but might feel a little loose. A replacement screw will fix it. If using for Astrophotography then most likely you will replace it with an EAF.

I also have a mini lenovo PC lying around somewhere which I am happy to put part of the pack. This is a great way to get your setup ready for remote control! It's an 3rd gen Intel with 4GB RAM and 120GB SSD including Windows 10.

Happy for inspections, contact me for a quote on post. Also happy to combine with other items I am selling.

Packs
- $1375 for the telescope and accessories that come with it + postage
- $1640 including the ASI224MC camera listing + postage
- $1800 including the ASI224MC camera listing and mini PC + postage
