Hi Leon,

Sorry to hear about your aircon woes, especially in this hot weather.

If the Air-conditioner is a hardwired unit then an electrician or refrigeration mechanic needs to investigate the reason for the non-start, be it: no power, wiring issue, start relay fault, low refrigerant, compressor overload protector, etc...

If the Air-conditioner plugs in to a power point, verify that the power point has power by testing the power point using another electrical appliance like a lamp. You could also try operating the Air-conditioner from another power point with a suitable extension cord.
