Well, if I had unlimited funds, I'd put a 4" refractor in a Cubesat ... a micro, personal 'Hubble' ... of sorts.
Edit: Actually, I've been wondering for quite some time now (decade-ish?) why no-one has done it yet.
You could probably fit a ~200mm scope in a '12U' cubesat.
