You are missing the M48 to T2 step down adapter from your MPCC. I think this might be the bumper ring that Martin is referring to. Either way the thickness of said ring is 3mm. If you are connecting your MPCC directly to the full aperture M48 thread, you need to add this 3mm into your spacer sizes.
