if it's a smart tv then it probably has a browser and usually a youtube app, so you don't need to copy anything, just fire up the browser/youtube on the tv and type in the youtube url/video name in the search box.
An easier way is to mirror your phone, this works fine for samsung android phone and samsung tv's. Then whatever you see on the phone you will see on the tv.
