Finally got around to seeing Dune. The visual effects, CGI were incredible and this time my attention was focused for the entire movie compared to when I tried to watch the 1984 version. I didn't realise this was part 1 of a two part story .. so have to wait at least a year for the second concluding part.

Matrix Resurrections ... think I will give this a mis .. new actors are replacing Agent Smith and Morpheus and the trailer makes me think meh..

Ghostbusters Afterlife ... wasn't overly impressed by the trailers shown on the TV but the extended trailer shown during Dune has sparked my interest. Looks like a far better attempt at a sequel than that dismal 2016 remake.

2023 will see the release of Christopher Nolan movie 'Oppenheimer' The story of American scientist J. Robert Oppenheimer and his role in the development of the atomic bomb. Cillian Murphy as J. Robert Oppenheimer ... not sure about that casting choice .. will have to wait and see how this plays out.
