Moonlit galaxies

Hi

Here are a couple of images taken over the past week from suburban Melbourne.

M77 is a total of 2hrs exposure under a 1st quarter moon with an ASI2600MC camera + GSO RC14 @ f/8 + EQ8 and is a 70% crop of the full frame at 50% full size.

NGC1532/31 was taken 2 nights ago. Again, 2hrs total exposure with the same equipment as above and is a full frame at 25% full size..

Low res images attached; better ones https://flic.kr/p/2mQkXRm and https://flic.kr/p/2mRf17p

Seeing was quite good on both nights; would have been much better without the moon up though.

Cheers
Maurice
