Hi,
We have just arrived home after our travel to Fuerteventura at Canary Islands. It was a tourist trip but we always try to add something about astronomy. We have read about Fuerteventura's dark places, areas that are protected against light pollution. We visited one, the Sicasumbre astro viewpoint during daytime as an orientation.

One problem, it was very strong winds, it was like to be inside a sand blastering machine.
