That's a wonderful start on a very dim object. I like your setup, its very similar to my AP130 setup.
As far as spacing goes I think you need to address tilt first as the top half of the image - the stars are tight and look in focus.
The bottom left are round but slightly bloated and out of focus (only a little bit) and the bottom right is showing some coma. So I would correct that tilt on the bottom right and check it with a new image.
Spacing issues are more elongated radially. You are very close, so there may only be 1 perhaps 2mm in it tops.
