OPEC and others oil producers are keeping production low to keep prices high.
Australia has shot itself in the foot with getting rid of it's refineries and relying
on the Singapore crude trade system.
We have little reserves so are at the mercy of OPEC etc.
We have no way to store oil anymore as various governments
sold off the facilities for real estate.
