Glad you had a great time Steve. It was a damn fine night out. No dew at all, next to no breeze, a bit of smoke haze but no too bad, T-shirt and shorts weather (except at about 01:30 onwards, had to put on the flanney).
I noticed the seeing wasn't too shabby as well. But you get that coming up to the full moon
You can bet your bottom dollar that if you have been experiencing poor viewing whether from cloud or seeing or work
that everything will become better and better the fuller the moon gets
