I walked into a mcdonalds earlier this year near where I was organising a swimming sports for our schools and was there an hour earlier so thought about a quick brekkie. After ordering the brekkie deal the young lass looks at me and offered me the pensioner discount. I was taken aback as I have never been offered anything like this as I was shy of 57 at that stage "WHAT? how old do you think I am???"
She was so apologetic I got the discount anyways. Bloody 16 yo's have no idea about age, anyone over 30 is old to them.
