OSC narrowband filters like the L Enhance and L Extreme are tremendous
I use the L Extreme for my OSC ZWO2600MC and the results are outstanding ( my 2600MC has an internal IR / UV cut filter as it’s protective window )
I’m sure Optolong and others make a similar NB filter for your Nikon
I never used a NB filter in my Canon but wish I did as just imaging wide band RGB restricted so many objects during moon phases and my heavy light polluted skies including all those beautiful nebula.
