If, as your title suggests, you were imaging horsehead and flame, it’s not unusual for Alnitak to cause reflections. It’s such a bright star and if it is to the side of your frame or even just out of frame it has tendency to reflect off the side of your instrument. You can try bringing it into the frame which sometimes helps so that the light is more direct but that’s going to depend on your field of view. Either that or you can try and frame slightly further away from the star. Hope that helps.
