Venus UV/IR 01/09/2021

Here's my Venus shots. Learnt a lot about imaging over a hot roof. The roof always wins

First one is a bicolor so IR[red] UV/IR[green 50/50] UV[blue]

I got about 5000 frames in each stack. 90s for IR and 120s for UV.
Still not getting much details in IR but I suspect my focus is not 100%.
The UV being in the blues suffer a bit from the lower altitude and turbulences.

And here's an attempt at seeing some semblance of rotation with an animated GIF.

There's a lot of stuff moving but mostly noise and color mottling. So I have and ADC on order and will try again.

I suspect getting these two early morning rising from the east when the air is stable and cold might be a better strategy. But it takes some courage to get up that early and freeze one's balls. I'm not sure if I'm that committed yet.
