Hi Dean, Thanks for the images; they reinforce my tentative opinion that
astroron and yourself were right, and they are hybrid W.Rosella/Ringneck Parrot [aka 28].
The yellow collar is a bit narrower and not around the cheek, but lower down
around the bottom of the neck.
Also, the rest of the bird that is not red is pretty much entirely a strong pastel
green.
